This charming home with level entry is located off Talisman Drive in Lake Arrowhead. There are stunning views of Lake Arrowhead from this home and a short five-minute walk will take you to Tavern Bay and the Arrowhead Lake Association Trail that circumnavigates the lake. This cozy home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms built on three levels.

• The elevation here is 5200 feet which means that the temperature can be 20 degrees cooler than most locations off the mountain. In the winter, we do get snow! On some occasions, tire chains may be required even on 4-wheel drive vehicles and for 4-wheel drive vehicles, you will at least need to prove that you are carrying chains! • You have a 7-minute drive down Kuffel Canyon Road to Lake Arrowhead and Lake Arrowhead Village.
• 8 minutes to Running Springs where you can rent ski or snowboard equipment.
• 25 minutes to Snow Valley Resort .
• 50 minutes to Big Bear Skiing (30 miles).
• 1 hour to Ontario Airport.
• 1.5 hours to Los Angeles.
• 1.5 hours to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm.
• 1.5 hours to the Pacific Ocean.
• 2.5 hours to Sea World in San Diego.
• 2.5 hours to Six Flags Magic Mountain.
• 3.5 to 4 hours to Las Vegas.

From the street, you enter the home through the front door using a keyless lock to the living room. Here you will find a living room with sectional sofa, cable TV with VCR/DVD player, phone, and WiFi/Ethernet Internet connections, and fireplace with gas fired starter.

The sliding door in the living room opens onto the main deck for BBQ and picnic style outdoor pleasure. The main deck offers views of Lake Arrowhead from two sides amid the surrounding incense cedars and black oak.

The dining room seats 7 guests comfortably and is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen on this floor. The home is, of course, heated with gas fired central heating.

• All the necessary vessels, pans, and utensils to cook and bake as well as condiments and basic cooking supplies.
• Refrigerator/freezer.
• Microwave and coffee maker.
• Gas Range and oven.
• Dishwasher.

Also on the main floor is a small bedroom with twin beds with adjacent full bathroom.

Upstairs, the first private master bedroom has a king-size bed.

Down the hall upstairs, there is a second private master bedroom with a king-size bed.

On the bottom floor, there is a private bedroom with a queen-size bed.

Each of the three floors has a full bathroom with an additional electric heater for the winter season.

On the bottom floor, there is also a full service washer and dryer for the guests' convenience.

The downstairs bottom floor also features a game room with a pool and ping pong table for your gaming pleasure.

Here are your expected costs:

• $235.00 per night for your stay. This price is subject to change according to season.
• $ 95.00 housekeeping fee.
• 7% San Bernardino County bed tax.

Thus, a typical weekend or weekday 2-night stay runs:

• $470.00 (for 2 nights).
• $ 32.90 (7% tax).
• $ 95.00 (housekeeping fee).
• $597.90 (Grand total for your 2-night stay).

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. On Sundays, a late check-out may be available for as late as 6 p.m. without additional charge. Ask at time of reservation.

• Your reservation cab be secured with either a Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or Amercan Express card or U.S. Postal Money Order.
• A personalized rental agreement will then be generated and sent to you via mail or to your e-mail address (preferred) as a PDF file.
• You then sing the rental agreement and return it via mail or fax (909) 494-7538.
• Upon receipt of the signed rental agreement, your stay will be charged/cashed with a 30-day time period prior to your stay.

• No signers under 25 years of age (inquire about exceptions for honeymooners).
• Sorry, but there are no pets allowed. We pride ourselves on keeping the home as allergy-free as possible for our future guests.
• NO SMOKING, burning of incense or candles is permitted on the premises, as there is an extreme fire hazard in the mountains.
• A $250 refundable damage/security deposit may be required with each stay. Your check/charge is cashed/charged when you reserve and refunded/credited after the home passes inspection upon your departure. You can expect your refund within 14 days of your departure.
• CANCELLATIONS - A ten (10) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ten (10) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty except if deposits were made via credit card. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within ten (10) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. Please consider travel insurance.
• You will be expected to abide by your signed rental agreement issued to you when you book your reservation.
• If you have any special requests of needs for somethiung extra that would enhance your stay, be sure to ask us. We are very flexible and ready to accommodate your wishes. Just ask!
